Background: Chanarin–Dorfman syndrome is a rare autosomal recessively inherited neutral lipid disorder which is characterized by congenital ichthyosis and multiple system involvement. It is diagnosed by visualization of lipid vacuoles in neutrophiles (Jordon anomaly) in suspicious cases.
